Constitutional Rights are Now
Some elected officials want to disenfranchise you if you don't vote often enough, and the Supreme Court is now ensuring that they can do that.
Since when are Constitutional rights use-it-or-lose-it? We're guessing these same officials aren't planning to make it harder for you to buy a gun if you go long enough without purchasing one.
This is yet another example of people in power wanting to limit who can vote them in or out, and unfortunately the Court has now blessed the practice in a misguided decision.
